Step 1: Request the Texas CE Record of Participation available at the conference registration desk.

Step 2: Mark the Texas CE Record of Participation with the CEs you've attended while participating in the conference.

Step 3: Return the Texas CE Record of Participation with highlighted CEs you've attended to the registration desk to pick up your CE Certificate of Completion* no later than 5:30 PM, on Sunday, April 24, 2022.

*Texas CE Certificates of Completion: Certificates may not be distributed until the end
of the program or the day, or part of a day if the attendee leaves earlier. Be sure to visit
the registration desk prior to departing the conference to receive verification of your CE
participation. Certificates mailed to participants before or after the completion of the
program are NOT proof of attendance.
