Scan Your Badge at Fetch for Automated Certificate Delivery

dvm360 Flex™ empowers you to retrieve your certificate seamlessly from within your account dashboard. Simply scan your badge at each CE session to trigger an automatic email alert to access your certificate (and to establish a free dvm360 Flex™ account for new attendees.)

With dvm360 Flex™, you can track, view, download, and print your conference certificates, plus share on LinkedIn!

Here's how it works:

1. Scan your badge at each CE session entrance within 15 minutes of start time.
   1. The green checkmark indicates a successful scan. No checkmark? You may have already been scanned for this session or you may need to visit the registration desk to validate your badge code.
   2. Every session badge scan automatically generates an email alert with seamless access to each course certificate from within your dvm360 Flex™ account dashboard.  
   3. No email alert? Please allow 24-48 hours for the high volume of conference badge scans to sync. You can also view them in the certificates tab within your dvm360 Flex™ account dashboard.

Don’t have a dvm360 Flex account?

1. Registered conference attendees who do NOT already have a dvm360 Flex™ account, will receive an email alert to create a free account upon scanning their badge at each CE session.
2. Use the link within the email to create your free dvm360 Flex™ account and establish your profile and password. (You must register using the same email you used for conference registration.)
3. Click on the certificates tab in your account dashboard to view the certificates. 
4. No email alert? Please allow 24-48 hours for the high volume of conference badge scans to sync. You can also view them in the certificates tab within your dvm360 Flex™ account dashboard.

MISSED SCANNING YOUR BADGE? Claim CE Certificates Manually 

1. Search for your session in the course catalog below using the search field or left sidebar navigation. Upon finding your course, click on "Claim CE Certificate", then follow the prompts.
2. View the certificate in the account dashboard: CE certificates that you have claimed will appear in your account dashboard under the certificates tab. You can view, download, print and/or share them on LinkedIn.
3. You will need to repeat this process for each course by reopening this page as you will not be automatically redirected once you land on your account dashboard.  (Tip: Save this page in your browser tab for easy retrieval.) 

Transcript
Download your Transcript via your dvm360 Flex™ account any time by going to your profile (top right) and clicking on the drop-down menu.

AAVSB RACEtrack
dvm360 Flex™ seamlessly integrates your transcript with AAVSB RACEtrack. We report all CE account information as required by AAVSB to RACEtrack. Click to learn more about AAVSB RACEtrack.

CE Certificates Guidelines

• One certificate is granted per each RACE-approved course; no certificate will be granted for cumulative credit hours per conference.
• Attendees are required to attend each course in person for a minimum of 50 minutes to qualify for live, interactive CE credit.
• Certificates are accessible solely through dvm360 Flex™—our online continuing education learning experience and CE Tracker for veterinary professionals. Attendees will receive one free dvm360 Flex account.
• Certificates expire within 2-years of the live event.
• Attendees who manually claim CE certificates through dvm360 Flex™ must do so before the RACE-approval expiration. 

AAVSB RACE®-APPROVAL

The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) RACE committee has reviewed and approved Fetch Charlotte, a dvm360 Conference, in Nashville, Tennessee occurring May 17-18, 2024 as meeting the standards adopted by the AAVSB.

This program is pending approved for 92 hours of continuing education credit hours in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval, with 16 hours* available to an individual attendee.

*Earn one more CE credit hour via our CE lunches. (Capacity is limited and based on first arrival.) 

RACE Standards

RACE-approved continuing education programs are widely recognized by veterinary professionals as quality courses that help them meet their compliance obligations for licensure.

The RACE committee reviews programs based on meeting the requirements of the RACE standards. RACE does not accredit, endorse, or certify any program, or person, nor does RACE approval validate the content of the program. 

RACE-approved programs are accepted without additional jurisdictional approval by 61 North American regulatory bodies. View the list of these jurisdictions.

dvm360 Flex™ will not automatically submit your "Record of Participation" nor CE certificate in jurisdictions that are not RACE-approved by AAVSB.  Participants should contact their specific veterinary state boards for clarifications and to see if a program will meet their criteria for continuing education. Rules and regulations are constantly reviewed and/or updated. Please refer to AAVSB for more information.
