CE CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS

NEW! Automated CE Certificate Delivery With Badge Scanning

dvm360® will automatically load your CE certificate in your dvm360 Flex™ CE account when you scan your badge at the conference session entrance pending RACE®-approval*. Here's what you need to do:

      1. Scan your badge at each session entrance via the CE scanner within 15 minutes of the session.
        1. The green checkmark validates a successful scan. No checkmark? You may have already been scanned for this session or you may need to visit the registration desk to validate your badge code.
        2. Your certificate will appear within your dvm360 account dashboard.
      2. View CE certificate via dvm360 Flex: If you have an existing dvm360 Flex™ account, log in here https://ce.dvm360.com and view your certificate tab in your Account Dashboard. (It should be available within 24 hours pending no technical delays, and if it has been RACE-approved.)

      Don’t Have a dvm360 Flex Account?

      1. Registered conference attendees will receive an email to create a free dvm360 Flex™ account. (You need to register using the same email you used for conference registration.)
      2. Complete the onboarding survey to establish your profile via the link within the email.
      3. View the certificates tab in your Account Dashboard for the CE sessions you scanned at the conference.

*CE certificates are granted and/or manually claimed once RACE-approved per each CE session upon meeting registration and attendance requirements. No CE certificate will be granted for the cumulation of credits for the entire program. CE certificates are granted to dvm360 Flex™ CE account users up to the RACE® expiration date, which is 2 years post event date.
