Overview:

This presentation will help practitioners to more confidently evaluate the radiographic appearance of the pulmonary parenchyma. Attendees will develop a paradigm for how to assess pulmonary patterns and how to use this assessment to generate differential diagnoses and to develop a clinical course of action.

Learning Objectives:

  • To better recognize the common pulmonary patterns
  • To understand how disease processes of the pulmonary parenchyma which occur on a microscopic level appear on radiographs
  • To use an understanding of the observed pulmonary patterns to narrow the differential diagnoses

This course is RACE-approved for 1.0 continuing education credits hours in jurisdictions that accept RACE-approval.
