1.0CE Credit Hour / Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians

Overview:

This lecture will review management of congestive heart failure secondary to common cardiac diseases in dogs and cats. Learning Objectives:

  • Review how to manage congestive heart failure in dogs and cats.
  • Compare alternative diuretics and analyze how they can be used in patients that do not respond to furosemide.
  • Develop the perfect heart failure discharge that sets your client, patient, and practice up for success.
