Say Yes to Dentistry!
1.0 CE Credit Hour / Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians
Overview:
Because dental disease is hidden in the mouth, it is difficult for clients to understand how much of an impact it has on their pets' quality of life. But doctors cannot help their patients if owners do not accept and move forward with their recommendations.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize opportunities to develop oral surgery skills
- Identify different client personality types and match your communication style to them
- Develop the use of images and analogies to help clients ‘see’ oral pathology
- Demonstrate the factors that contribute to a successful dental practice
- They might share ways that every member of the practice can contribute to client compliance.
